I have a unique perspective of being both a franchise and a franchisor during my career. I was a franchisee with Little Caesar's Pizza for 13 years starting with one unit and ultimately owning, operating, buying and selling 18 units.

The next 12 years, I worked with a start-up company in Denver, Chipotle Mexican Grill, where we grew from 2 stores to 600 while I was there. I started multiple departments including the franchise department and we franchised three markets since our business model was primarily company owned and operated.

The last 10 years I have been consulting emerging Brands all over the country to help them grow and franchising was usually part of the growth vehicle.
